Question: is your 'no knot' technique called the anchor stitch? I couldn't quite see the technique from your video and am terrible at making traditional knots (wrapping around finger/pinching). Love your method of burying it by looping it thru a couple times! Just can't seem to see how to do it -thank you!

What is the quilt pattern that is behind you in the caption?

Love this quilt! I’m so hesitant to use a light background (like white). Do you do anything to prevent the colors from bleeding to the background fabric?

Once I establish the first straight stitch in the center of the quilt (sewing from the middle to the edge), do the remaining seams need to start at the middle and sew to the edge again? Or, can I sew from the edge to the end in one seam?

Hi Emily Jane. I have got this patttern and I have made is several times but sometimes my flyby Img geese blocks come out a little larger and I sometimes chop the edge off which makes matching up tricky. Can you use the acuquilt system to cut the shapes out? Mandy

Since my quilt top is larger than my minky, I need to sew two pieces of minky together; creating one seam horizontally. When sewing the minky together, is it okay to sew and use the selvage edges to create a seam? The selvages are very straight and I' don't believe it will show any different if I were to cut off the selvages. Your opinion?

What quilting design is this? It’s so pretty.

I have the 8” cube. No matter what I try, I cannot get it to work right. I’ve tried making my centers 4.25” instead of 4.5 and if I use a scant 1/4” seam, it comes out right now and then. I thought the beauty of the accuquilt would be to use 1/4” seam that lines up with the dog ear corners being 1/4”. I’m not sure how to make it work right.

I like doing both versions of binding. I recently attached binding to back side, so the big stitch was on the front...love it!
